Caranday® is our first Registered Trademark, it is on the one hand the tribute to the traditional Trademark that the La Nodriza Beekeeping Establishment had historically.
Caranday is also a recognition of a type of autochthonous Palm, the Caranday Palm, which is distributed in the Center of the Province of Entre Ríos.
Multifloral honeys, in general, a particular botanical species does not predominate, but they are a varied mixture of the different contributions of different botanical species.
In general, these honeys are different between batches and differ in their aroma, flavor and color.
To distinguish them, we present them in two groups of multifloral honeys: Soft and Intense.
Mild: Green label, they are liquid honeys, but over time they crystallize or sugar with a viscous consistency. They are extra light amber in color, generally presented in soft and floral, fruity and acid flavors.
Intense: Brown label. Liquid honeys for greater length of time. Its color varies between light amber and amber with reddish and brownish tones, more intense and marked flavors.
They are presented in glass polyethylene containers with screw cap, in capacities of 250 g (pack x 20 u.); 500 g. (pack x 10 u.); 1 Kg (pack x 8 u.).
